Negotiation Presentation for Natural Resources Practicum

March 6, 2012.  Lee Lamb was an invited presenter on negotiation for one session of the Natural Resources Practicum at the University of Wyoming College of Law.  He talked about three domains and three dimensions of negotiation and discussed factors related to preparing for natural resource negotiation.  Fifteen students are participating in the course, which is led by Professor Lawrence J. MacDonnell.  Dr. Lamb’s presentation followed an excellent discussion of principled negotiation that was given the previous week by Dr. Steven Smutko. Professor Smutko holds the Spicer Chair at the University of Wyoming and has contributed to the NGA webpage.
